You can book a returning series of short meditation sessions on- or off-line, e.g. during lunch time at your office.  This can be booked per series of 10 sessions.

You can also book a separate team building event.  This will be an initiation session of around 2 hours about what is meditation, how to do it and why.  David will guide you through some calming breathing exercises and we will have 1 or 2 meditation practices.  Always a mind-opening and peaceful experience.  The live setting creates a really strong connection between all participants.
