Guided Meditation for Children & Adolescents

The meditation for children can be booked as a series of 10 sessions and is aimed for groups of children, between 5 and 17 yo.  Typically, a series can be booked by schools or by any other educational or youth organisation.

At specific request of the parents, meditation sessions can also be booked individually.  

Children experience a great benefit from the return to a calm space and to their own body, often resulting in a relaxation of the nerves, easier concentration, easier falling asleep and a general feeling of higher well-being.

Regular meditation is of a greater impact on children than on adults.  For meditations with children, David works more with visualisations and stories.  The meditation sessions are shorter, as the span of attention of a child is shorter as well.
