  • The on-line meeting will be opened 10 minutes before start of the meditation. This will allow you and the other participants to make sure all your devices are well set up and working properly.

The microphone of every participant will automatically be cut at the start of the meditation. You can yourself switch it on again at the end of the meditation.

Meditations can be recorded for future use, but only the meditator, not the participants.

The meditation itself will start perfectly on time.

When everybody is well installed, the meditation session starts with a greeting from David and then the sound of a bell (or similar)

David will guide you. You only have to listen, try to focus on David’s words and try to meditate with David.

At the end of the meditation, the same sound of a bell will ring. This means the meditation is over and you can switch on your microphone if you want to share something.

Thoughts are shared within the group, on a voluntary basis.

  • After your subscription, you will receive a mail with all the details of the place and time.

Make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes early in order to allow yourself to get installed in a comfortable way

David will be your host and will indicate your place to sit/lie down.

Once you entered the space, there will be silence in order to get into this quiet mood that is perfect for preparing to meditate.

The meditation itself will start perfectly on time.

You can bring a small bottle of still water to take a sip before and/or after the meditation.

It is better to take of your shoes for your own comfort

  • A session of meditation usually takes up around 40-45minutes. Afterwards there will be a debrief that can take up to 15 minutes, so you can count on 1 hour on average. Please make sure you come 15 minutes early, to get well installed. That then mounts up to 1h15min.

  • If you enrolled for a series of ‘live’ meditations, you will receive a mail with all the details of the exact place and time.

If you enrolled for a series of ‘on line’ meditations, you will stay at home, or call in from any place on this planet Earth where you find a good internet connection. Even if you find a spot on another planet, you are very welcome!

  • This will depend upon the demand. There are 3 possible languages : Dutch (NL), French (FR) and English (ENG). In the agenda you will find the indication which sessions are held in which language. You can find the agenda here.

  • Yes! You just subscribe for a number of meditation sessions, and you can join in when you want. There will be a more or less logical order in which series of meditations are held and therefore the better idea is to join in in the beginning and not skip one meditation, in order to get the full build up. Remember, meditation gives the best results when practiced regularly. However, it is not like a television series where you have the feeling you missed something. Each meditation stands on it’s own and can be followed as such.

  • When you follow an on-line series, don’t hesitate to invite your dog, or cat, or any other animal you might like to join. In general, animals react very well on meditation sessions and themselves become very calm. However, it is possible that they might bother you and take you out of your meditation. We would therefore softly recommend you do not take any animals in your meditation space, but I like to leave it up to you 😊

If you follow a LIVE series of meditation or an initiation workshop, I would kindly ask you NOT to bring your animals please 😉. This for the comfort of the other participants.
