Is Meditation Something for Me?
Yes! Meditation is for everybody. Everybody can do it, no exclusions, and everybody can and will benefit from it.
Of course there’s an easiness that is installed when people have been meditating for years, and of course they can go deeper and stay in longer. But know that every single person is perfectly capable of meditating and will find immediate benefits in doing so.
‘this is nothing for me. I can’t control my mind.’
‘they say you should stop thinking, but that’s impossible for me.’
‘I am such a busy bee. I can’t possibly sit still for half an hour.’
‘I just don’t have the time’
‘I don’t believe in it’
These are funny but so common thoughts I heard many people say when I asked them about meditation. They are simply not true. Yes, meditation is also for you, and even for your husband, your wife and your children.
