Meditation Initiation Workshops
Your first contact with Meditation… or not
You want to start meditation but not too sure? See if it’s something for you? This is your chance to try it!
A workshop usually takes around 2 to 3 hours. During the workshop you will learn something about the background and the purpose of meditation.
Together we will do some easy breathing exercises and David will guide you into a few short group meditation sessions. We will mostly sit, but there will also be Qi Gong exercises for stretching and movement of the body. You will discover why meditating is so healthy for your body and mind.
An ideal opportunity for a first contact with meditation and in the meantime, enjoy a peaceful moment.
